By using BettaMind you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Who we are
BettaMind is built by Sam FH Kingdom. It is a small, independent app for hobbyists. It is not a veterinary service.
Finn is not a vet
Finn is an AI companion that gives general care guidance based on common betta-keeping knowledge. Finn is not a licensed veterinarian and cannot diagnose your fish. For anything that looks serious — visible injuries, persistent hiding, fungus, swim-bladder signs, rapid color loss — please talk to a fish-experienced vet.
Do not rely on Finn for emergencies.
Your account
You are responsible for the account you sign in with. Do not share it. If you notice unusual activity, email us.
You agree not to use the app to abuse, harass, or send content that is illegal or harmful.
AI limits
Finn replies are generated by a large language model (OpenAI) and may be wrong. Always use common sense and a second source for anything that matters.
Data
See our Privacy Policy for what we store. You can delete your account and data from Settings at any time.
Availability
BettaMind is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we don't promise uptime or that every feature will keep working forever. We may change or remove features as the app evolves.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BettaMind and its creators are not liable for loss of data, harm to your fish, or other damages arising from use of the app. Use it as a helpful companion, not a medical authority.
Changes
If we change these terms, the date at the top will update.
